Sarah Abigail Gemcity looks like she should be a model, or artist but she is none of the sort. She is a woman who has learned how to use her brain and imagination to bring the world a view into the criminal side of life that most of us would never think about. She grew up a Navy brat, moving around the world with her father, before he was finally moved to Washington, DC promoted to Admiral and assigned the duty of Judge Advocate General. She spent most of her days after school at the JAG headquarters and it intrigued her. She paid a lot of attention to the way the Navy and Marines worked together, along with the Special Agents of NCIS. She liked it, all of it. She knew she wasn't cut out to be a military woman, nor was she cut out to be a Special Agent, but she had always been creative and as such, she began to write.

Attending college was never a choice, it was something she always knew would happen. She would get a degree, and then she would find a career. She majored in English and planned to be a writer. Her dad told her she should join the Navy, follow in his footsteps but she refused. She told him she had other plans and she could always sign up before she hit thirty if nothing else panned out. It was a deal he finally agreed to. She hoped she wouldn't have to join up and even looked into NCIS, knowing she had even longer before she would be too old for that. By the end of her first year out of school, she knew she would never need a fall back plan.

When Sarah was just 22 years old, a publishing company picked up the first book she ever wrote, Deep Six a book based on the Special Agents she had gotten to know while spending all her time at JAG. She included the lawyers and a few of the Navy and Marines she had met. It was something she was proud of and it became a best seller. Now, she is working on her second book, and she has moved to South Carolina, were she can use the people of the Marine base at Parris Island as insparation.

Now, at almost 24, she has a best selling book, enough money to never need to work and an obsession with writing another best seller. She loves to write and doesn't care if the next book doesn't hit the top ten as long as people love it.
